Shop Policies

Shipping: 
For one of a kind pieces, please allow up to 1 week to be shipped. As for everything else, please allow up to 2 weeks for your items to be made and shipped, most items are made to order. As much as I would love for you to have your piece right away, I am a one woman show and can only work as fast as my little hands can handle!
 
Once your items are shipped, Dama de Malla is no longer responsible for them. If you have any issues or questions during the shipping process, please contact USPS with your tracking number. Dama de Malla automatically emails each customer with their tracking once the label has been printed, packed & is ready for takeoff!

Returns & Refunds:
Unfortunately, I do not accept returns or refunds. I work extremely hard and put so much love into every piece that I make, I simply cannot afford to lose that time. If you are unhappy with the item that you’ve received, please let me know and we can talk about an exchange for something of equal value. To avoid any issues, please be sure you love the piece & know your measurements before ordering! My top priority is to make quality items that you will cherish forever. 
 
Repairs:
This will be handled on a case by case basis. For minor fixes, such as a broken clasp or jump ring, I will gladly fix it for you for free! If your piece is in complete shambles, lost or stolen, I’m sorry, but I cannot help you :(
 
Custom Orders:
I am not taking custom orders at the moment. When I am ready to do so, I will be sending out a newsletter about it - so make sure to subscribe!
